The advantages of a system boiler and un-vented hot water cylinder:-

1. High pressure hot and cold water at all outlets.

2. High hot water flow rates, ideal for large houses with multiply bath/shower rooms

3. A powerful showers.

4. Additional storage space.  No water tanks in the loft and no hot water cylinder in the airing      cupboard.

5. Minimal pipework.

6.  Hot water back up via immersion heaters

The dis-advantages are:-

1.  They require a certain amount of water pressure and volume to work correctly, though this is not normally a problem.  You may have to have a larger cold water main installed from the footpath.

2.  The water within the radiator system will be higher than a traditional system.
